We are looking for a Training & Adoption Specialist who will be part of the Marketing Operations team which is focused on supporting, maintaining and implementing key marketing technology & infrastructure (including the Firm’s CRM system) for the Business Development Department.We are looking for a Training & Adoption Specialist who will be part of the Marketing Operations team which is focused on supporting, maintaining and implementing key marketing technology & infrastructure (including the Firm’s CRM system) for the Business Development Department.

This role will be on an initial 6-12 month FTC basis.

About the role

This role will play a pivotal part in supporting the training and adoption strategy for several high-impact Marketing Technology initiatives, including the launch of a new Pitch Tool and ongoing CRM enhancements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), liaising between technical and business teams, and monitoring KPIs to ensure strong adoption of new tools and processes.

In this role, you can expect to get involved in a variety of work including:

Training & Content Development

  • Design and create engaging, user-focused training materials for new Marketing Technology solutions and CRM modules
  • Develop tailored training content to address the needs of different stakeholder groups
  • Draft communication and messaging to support change and adoption efforts

     

     

    Training Delivery
     

  • Schedule, manage, and facilitate live and virtual training sessions
  • Provide hands-on demonstrations and user guidance for tools such as the Pitch Tool and CRM enhancements
  • Serve as the go-to expert during initial rollout periods

     

     

    Technology & Stakeholder Liaison
     

  • Participate in UAT activities to understand functionality and provide feedback for improvement
  • Act as the bridge between technical teams and end users to ensure successful deployment and adoption
  • Capture, review, and relay feedback to the Marketing Technology team


     


     Adoption Metrics & Reporting
     

  • Collaborate with project leads to define key performance indicators (KPIs) for adoption
  • Support the creation of dashboards or reports to monitor tool usage and training impact
  • Provide recommendations based on adoption trends and user feedback

Key Skills & Competencies
•    Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with an ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
•    Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
•    High technical aptitude; ability to quickly understand new systems and tools
•    Analytical mindset with experience working with KPIs and adoption data
•    Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
•    Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders at various levels
 

Experience & Qualifications
•    Proven experience in training, instructional design, or user enablement — preferably within a Marketing, CRM, or Technology environment
•    Experience supporting the rollout of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, InterAction) or similar business tools
•    Prior involvement in UAT, product feedback loops, or tool implementation projects
•    Familiarity with Marketing Operations or Marketing Technology functions
•    Professional services or legal industry experience (desirable but not essential)

Tools & Technologies
•    CRM platforms (Salesforce, InterAction, or similar)
•    Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
•    Learning and collaboration tools (SharePoint, LMS, Confluence, etc.)
•    Basic understanding of reporting tools (Excel dashboards, Power BI, etc.)
