We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Legal Services Unit as a Paralegal or Assistant Paralegal depending upon experience, to be based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.

About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a number of different lawyers and clients across the UK, supporting with legal tasks related to a variety of areas of law, which include Employment, Litigation, Banking, Corporate, Technology & Media and Real Estate to name just a few.
Examples of the type of work you will get involved with include; extranet site set up, uploading and managing databases; preparing first draft documents; verifying information; deed scheduling and collating documents; document reviews; redactions and disclosure reviews.

About you

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a strong academic background. You will have a keen eye for detail with the ability to use your initiative whilst working on multiple tasks.  You will have excellent organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines.
Exceptional communication skills are necessary, as is the ability to work well in a team. 
A degree in law or paralegal qualification is preferred, but not essential.
