L&D Coordinator 12m FTC
We are looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our HR Operations team in Bristol to provide administrative support to our L&D function. We offer hybrid working for this exciting opportunity.

About the Role
You will be part of a team of L&D Coordinators who provide strong organisational and administrative support to the firm’s L&D function. This is a hybrid position with travel to the other CMS offices from time to time as required by the role.
In this role, you can expect to get involved in a variety of work including:
- Co-ordination of all pre-event administration & logistical processes for various courses and development programmes – virtual and face to face, including liaising with internal and external trainers, monitoring enrolments, and waiting lists.
- Be the first point of contact for all L&D queries e.g. monitoring the L&D inbox & responding in a timely manner.
- Prompt processing of training related invoices.
- Live logistical support during our courses and development programmes to ensure a high quality experience for all attendee
- Support the implementation of L&D projects from time to time
