We are in search of a talented and confident Content Creation Manager to play a key role within our Adoption team, which sits within the wider Change and Transformation function.

About the Role

The successful candidate will join a high-energy, professional team that provides the necessary support for you to make a meaningful impact in advancing our collective adoption goals. To excel in this role, you must be passionate about staying abreast of the latest media and learning trends and adept at utilising online platforms, devices, and applications.

The Adoption Team is responsible for ensuring the successful adoption of new, and improved adoption of existing, technologies, processes, and ways of working across the firm. As part of this team, we have a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a creative and experienced content creator who can design and deliver engaging, impactful, and relevant learning and guidance materials to support adoption.  

Key Tasks
1.    Learning Material Creation: 
Develop high-quality learning materials strategically crafted to facilitate the successful adoption of both new and existing tools, processes, and methodologies across the entire organization. 
2.    Needs Analysis and Planning: 
Undertake thorough needs analysis to discern specific requirements, objectives, and expectations. This involves the meticulous design of storyboards, planning and execution of videos, development of e-learning courses, and the production of comprehensive reference guides. 
3.    Collaboration and Alignment: 
Forge close collaborations with adoption managers, product managers, subject matter experts, and end-users. This involves a deep understanding of their needs and expectations to ensure that the content created is in alignment with the overall adoption strategy and objectives. 
4.    Utilization of Tools and Technologies: 
Harness a variety of tools and technologies adeptly to create and deliver content that not only engages but also leaves a lasting impact. This includes tailoring the content to meet specific learning outcomes and preferences of the target audience. 
5.    Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: 
Conduct thorough evaluations of content effectiveness and the overall learning experience. Incorporate feedback and industry best practices to continuously enhance both the content and the content creation process, ensuring a progressive and effective learning environment. 
6.    Standardization through Templates: 
Innovate and create firm-wide templates and guides, establishing a consistent standard for content creation. These resources are intended for use by various teams within the organization, fostering a unified approach to content development. 
7.    Coaching and Mentoring: 
Provide valuable coaching and mentoring support to Adoption Managers in the realm of content creation. Share insights, best practices, and collaborative strategies to empower team members and enhance their proficiency in generating impactful content. 
8.    Internal Brand Creation: 
Spearhead the creation and development of an internal brand identity for the Adoption and Business Improvement Team. This includes defining brand elements such as visual design, messaging, and tone to establish a cohesive and recognizable presence within the organization. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand alignment with the broader organizational identity. 
 
 About You

Skills and Qualifications 
•    Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in content creation within the legal or professional services sector, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry nuances and requirements. 
•    Display a robust portfolio that highlights creativity, skills, and expertise across various content types and platforms, underscoring versatility, and adaptability. 
•    Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, coupled with the ability to convey complex concepts with clearly, concisely and engagingly. 
•    Keen attention to detail, emphasizing accuracy, quality, and consistency in content creation, ensuring a polished and professional final product. 
•    A strong knowledge base in adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and content development best practices, ensuring the delivery of effective and impactful learning experiences. 
•    A genuine passion for continuous learning and innovation, actively seeking novel approaches to enhance both the learning experience and the content creation process. 
•    A relevant qualification in education, communication, instructional design, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for effective content creation and instructional design. 
•    Proficient in the use of various content creation and delivery tools and technologies, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, LMS, Synthesia, etc. This proficiency ensures adaptability to diverse digital platforms and technologies. 
•    A background or genuine interest in the legal industry, displaying familiarity with legal terminology, concepts, and processes. This contextual understanding is crucial for creating content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with industry standards.
