As the Legal Tech Product Manager for AI & Document Review tools, you will spearhead the firm's adoption and engagement strategy of AI and document review technologies.

About the Role

Your primary focus is to drive innovation by researching and identifying emerging technologies, exploring their potential to transform legal service delivery in this category. You will collaborate closely with partners, incorporating AI and document review platforms into pitches and proposals to win new projects and showcase their benefits. Additionally, you will design and facilitate firm-wide training sessions to drive user adoption while continuously identifying new use cases to expand the firm's legal tech capabilities and develop new products and service offerings. Fostering strong relationships with lawyers across all levels and nurturing a network of legal tech champions are critical to your role's success.

Responsibilities: 

Lead the strategy to drive user engagement and adoption of AI and document review tools across the firm. 

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities in the legal tech space, particularly related to AI and document review tools. 

Participate in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new AI and document review technologies, conducting trial/pilot programmes and proof-of-concept exercises as needed. 

Contribute to winning new projects by working directly with partners, incorporating AI and document review platforms into pitches and proposals. 

Manage and monitor the usage of AI and document review tools, analysing usage metrics, identifying areas of opportunity, and implementing engagement strategies. 

Design and deliver firm-wide training sessions to drive the adoption of AI and document review technologies. 

Identify new use cases and opportunities to expand the firm's legal tech capabilities and develop new service offerings leveraging AI and document review technologies. 

Present to clients the firm's legal tech capabilities, particularly in AI and document review. 

Collaborate closely with technologists and the Legal Tech Operations Manager to shape the delivery of ongoing legal tech support, ensuring seamless user experiences. 

Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and technology partners to ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance of AI and document review solutions. 

Foster strong relationships with lawyers at all levels and nurture a network of legal tech champions within the firm. 

About You

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product management or legal technology role, with a strong emphasis on AI and document review tools being ideal 

Proven track record of successfully rolling out and implementing legal technology solutions. 

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the experience of presenting to senior stakeholders. 

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects and stakeholder requirements simultaneously. 

Experience in leading user adoption and change management initiatives for legal technology solutions. 

Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills, with experience in evaluating, selecting, and managing third-party technology providers.
