About the role
The successful applicant will be working with the Banking Knowledge Team (BKT), supporting busy and diverse practice areas that include corporate and leveraged finance, real estate finance, infrastructure, project, energy and asset finance, restructuring and insolvency, fintech and digital assets.
You will provide dependable, detail-oriented, proactive and responsive administrative and organisational support, ensuring efficient and accurate management of their schedules, communications, and knowledge project workflows. The role requires anticipating needs and effectively prioritising competing tasks with minimal supervision, enabling the BKT to focus fully on their legal expertise and strategic knowledge management objectives.
In this role, you can expect to get involved in a variety of work including:

Knowledge Bulletin & Briefings: Lead the weekly production of the Banking knowledge bulletin, coordinating content updates, formatting, and distribution across internal platforms.

Training & Events Support: Coordinate all aspects of internal Banking training sessions, know-how meetings, drop-ins, and trainee programmes. This includes logistics, calendar invites, presentation materials, attendance tracking, and post-session documentation.

Document Management & Templating: Assist in the creation, updating and formatting of standard forms, guidance notes, and training materials, ensuring consistency with firm-wide templates and house style.

Knowledge Systems Maintenance: Upload and manage content across internal knowledge platforms (Horizon, iManage), ensuring cross-linking, tagging, and version control for accessibility and accuracy.

Trainee & New Joiner Support: Coordinate knowledge training and access for trainee intakes and new joiners, including training logistics, materials, recording attendance, and maintaining distribution lists.

Monitoring & Updating External Resources: Track developments in key external resources (e.g. LMA, JIBFL), uploading relevant updates to internal systems and bulletins as required.

Meetings & Committee Coordination: Schedule and support Know-How and Innovation committee meetings, maintain task tracking documents, and provide workflow updates.

External Publications: Support the approval and publication process for external briefings and ensure visibility across internal knowledge platforms.

Team & Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, manage shared inboxes, maintain training calendars, and ensure consistency in team procedures and documentation.
