We are recruiting for two experienced Evening PowerPoint Designer to join our team!

About the Role

•    Design effective and aesthetically engaging PowerPoint decks that meet the client’s brief and objectives.
•    Deliver creative and innovative solutions to design challenges.
•    Maintain exemplary attention to detail.
•    Quickly develop an in-depth knowledge of the brand guidelines, visual identity framework and PPT templates.
•    To liaise effectively with key stakeholders regarding project status, direction and work produced, positively influencing clients with your creative input.
•    Utilise graphic design principles while adhering to our brand guidelines.
•    Apply industry-standard best practices when preparing projects.
•    Enhance the firm’s approach to PowerPoint through your market expertise, creativity and confidence.
•    Able to work effectively with colleagues of all levels.
•    Responsible for continuing to upgrade work skills by participating in company-offered training and development programs and staying abreast of technology changes relevant to this role.
•    Must be flexible and responsive to business needs.
•    Seeks and responds positively to all forms of feedback (client/line manager/appraisal), learning from experience.
•    Adhere to all CMS processes and best practices.
•    Other duties as assigned.
•    Reports to: PowerPoint Design Manager (Linda Duncan).
•    Hours of work: 14:00-22:00 M-F.
•    Location: Homeworker.

About You

•    Excellent PowerPoint skills.
•    Good skills in Photoshop and Illustrator.
•    InDesign advantageous.
•    Creative flair.
•    Passionate about good design.
•    Excellent understanding of graphic design principles.
•    Experienced in working with an organisation’s visual identity.
•    Experienced in working with a company’s brand guidelines.
•    Good Outlook skills.
•    Confident in bringing your own ideas and good judgement to projects.
•    Excellent communication skills and strong client liaison.
•    Ability to work to timeframes and produce accurate, creative work.
•    Ability to work well as part of a team, or independently.
•    At least 3-5 years’ experience in PowerPoint design working within a corporate, professional services environment.
•    Graphic Design/Communications or related qualification, or qualified by experience.
•    MOS accreditation in PowerPoint advantageous.
•    Degree level education desirable, but not essential.
•    To accompany your application, please submit an electronic  sample of your PowerPoint design work. We are looking to see:
o    examples of content-heavy slides;
o    slides primarily targeting corporate, mature business professionals; and
o    elegant and aesthetically engaging work, which showcases your creativity , flair and accuracy.
